Mother's Day Restorative Yoga & Yoga Nidra live-stream

This class will begin with a gentle series of restorative postures and end with guided Yoga Nidra.

Yoga Nidra, or “yogic sleep,” is a deeply relaxing guided meditation that connects you to your inner-self through body and breath awareness, sense perception, and visualization. Resting in a supported savasana, all you have to do is listen as you are guided through this mindfulness practice.

Props needed: blankets, or large beach towels, bolster, pillows or couch cushion and blocks.
