Ayurveda For Spring Health

The changing of the seasons is an important time to support your health. Ayurveda is the ancient healing science of India and sister science to yoga. Based on a five elemental theory, Ayurveda works on creating balance through diet and lifestyle. Spring is time of Water & Earth or Kapha. This is the perfect time to shed toxins, built up in the stagnation of winter. In this workshop you will learn a daily Ayurvedic regimen to bolster your immune system. We will also discuss Springtime allergies and cleansing.

Ami Jayaprada Hirschstein, AHC, C-IAYT is a Certified Ayurvedic Health Counselor and Yoga Therapist.

We will tackle difficult emotions like grief, loss and heartbreak. Self expression and advocacy for your own health is a challenge all of us can relate to. How do we listen to ourselves and balance the demands of others? How do we recognize and maneuver the manipulation of others?

Breath-work With Live Music

Breath-work is a simple but effective guided breathing practice that assists in relaxation, self-connection and the release of painful cellular memory. Radharani accompanies the practice with layered melodies in English and Sanskrit, and the music roots uplifting messages in the mind and heart to support healing and transformation. All over the world, people experiencing breath-work sessions report that a single session brings about deep physical and emotional transformation and a profound sense of completeness.

Radharani follows the practice with a session of chant and singable original melodies.

"If you’re a fan of the sweet sounds of Snatam Kaur, you’ll fall in love with Radharani...” - Yoga Journal

Radharani is a vocalist and producer of chant-based music. She studied Rebirthing Breath-work with its founder, Leonard Orr, and pairs this incredible process with her music. Intoning layered melodies in English and Sanskrit, the music roots uplifting messages in the mind and heart to support healing and transformation.
